Standard Warranty

Cycle Sounds Standard Warranty offers you full protection for a period of twelve (12) months from the time of purchase. This warranty covers the cost of parts only for any needed repairs to, or replacement of, your motorcycle sound system for twelve months under normal usage (labor and shipping costs excluded). Any product modified from its original manufactured form or installed improperly shall not be covered under this warranty.

Extended Warranty

Cycle Sounds Extended Warranty offers you full protection for a period of twelve (12) months beyond your Cycle Sounds standard manufacturer’s warranty. Extended Warranties must be secured within 30 days of the original purchase date. Your Extended Warranty covers the cost of parts only for any needed repairs to, or replacement of, your motorcycle audio system for twelve months, under normal usage (labor and shipping costs excluded). Any product modified from its original manufactured form or installed improperly shall not be covered by the standard warranty or this extended warranty. Cycle Sounds will keep your product information on file including the details of the motorcycle speaker system you have purchased. If multiple units are purchased an Extended Warranty must be purchased for each unit.

Warranty Notice - When returning products for warranty service a copy of the original sales receipt or proof of purchase must be sent in the package accompanying the product. Failure to do so will delay your warranty service.

If you were granted a pre-shipped warranty replacement part a copy of the original sales receipt or proof of purchase as well as the pre-shipped warranty replacement part packing slip must be sent in the package accompanying the product. Failure to do so will result in your credit card being charged for the pre-shipped warranty replacement part.
