If you were granted a pre-shipped warranty replacement part a copy of the original sales receipt or proof of purchase as well as the pre-shipped warranty replacement part packing slip must be sent in the package accompanying the product. Failure to do so will result in your credit card being charged for the pre-shipped warranty replacement part.

International Shipping - For International orders Cycle Sounds only collects shipping charges. All duties, taxes, customs and any similar charges for shipping internationally will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Cycle Sounds will not be responsible for these fees other than the actual shipping charges.
